NOISE MEDIA GROUP – From Invisible in Search to Recognised by AI

The Problem

Noise Media Group had two distinct visibility problems. 

In search, they weren’t ranking for any meaningful category terms, making them invisible to potential clients looking for a social media agency in London. 

In AI, ChatGPT was confidently attributing the wrong clients entirely – citing Latin American brands while omitting their actual clients: Apple, Just Eat and TaskRabbit.

What We Did

Fixed the SEO foundations and systematically established a clear, unambiguous identity for Noise Media Group across every platform Google and AI systems reference.

The Results

Now ranking on Google for ‘social media agency’, ‘social media agency London’ and ‘social media company’ – terms where they previously had zero visibility.

ChatGPT now immediately and confidently recognises Noise Media Group as a London-based agency with correct client attribution – Apple, Just Eat and TaskRabbit – and the brand is beginning to surface in category searches it never appeared in before.

Before

ChatGPT was confidently attributing the wrong clients to Noise Media. It was citing PepsiCo LatAm, +Movil Panama and ARAUCO while completely omitting their actual clients, such as TaskRabbit, VOXI and JustPark.

After

ChatGPT now defaults to Noise Media Group as the best-known Noise Media – recognising them immediately as a London-based digital marketing agency with correct client attribution, including TaskRabbit, VOXI and JustPark.

CASE STUDY

LIGHTING DESIGN STUDIO – From Invisible to Top 5 for Competitive Category Terms

The Problem

A specialist lighting design consultancy with vast expertise and a strong portfolio — but not appearing in Google for the search terms that would bring them new clients and establish their authority in the sector.

What We Did

Built a new website from wireframes with SEO best practices embedded throughout – site architecture, page structure, internal linking and content all optimised from the ground up rather than retrofitted later.
Alongside the build, delivered a comprehensive SEO overhaul – technical fixes, meta titles and descriptions, image optimisation and content recommendations to ensure the site ranked for the terms that mattered commercially.
Also managed the migration to a full site redesign, ensuring existing rankings were protected throughout the transition.

The Results

Moved from page 2-3 to top 5 positions (including some number 1 positions) for competitive category terms including ‘lighting design consultants’, ‘lighting design’, ‘architectural lighting designers’ and broader terms such as ‘art lighting designers’ and ‘swimming pool lighting’.

NORVEGR – Page 1 Rankings and 28% Traffic Growth for a Luxury Bedding Brand

The Problem

Norvegr is a luxury bedding brand with a distinctive product, a compelling heritage story and a global customer base – but technical SEO issues were preventing Google from understanding, crawling and ranking the site correctly. Key pages were invisible in search and the site architecture was actively working against visibility rather than supporting it. Product URLs were unoptimised, images were uncompressed and unnamed, and thin content pages were diluting the site’s overall authority.

What We Did

Designed and built a completely new website for Norvegr – with SEO best practices embedded into the architecture, structure and content from the ground up. Rather than treating SEO as a retrofit, every decision from URL structure to internal linking to content hierarchy was made with search visibility in mind.
Alongside the build, we carried out a comprehensive technical overhaul – fixing redirects, compressing and renaming images, optimising meta titles and descriptions across all pages, and consolidating thin content pages that were diluting overall authority.
Identified and implemented a content strategy to capture niche, high-intent search terms aligned to Norvegr’s premium positioning and target audience.

Norvegr achieved position 1 on Google for ‘norwegian duvet’ and ‘norwegian duvets’, top 5 for ‘norwegian bedding’, ‘eiderdown duvets’ and ‘norwegian style bedding’, and new rankings appeared for high-value terms including ‘travel bedding set’ and ‘scandinavian down company’. Previously invisible pages began ranking across the full product range.
